The big shops need a dozen pieces before they'll even quote you — sometimes seventy-two. That's not them being difficult. They've got to burn a physical screen for every color, and that screen costs the same whether you order five shirts or five hundred.
We don't make screens. No setup cost, nothing to pass on to you.
Putting a real photo on a shirt can take a screen printer eleven separate screens. Most of them just say no. The ones who say yes charge like it.
Send a picture off your phone. It won't cost extra.
Keychains. Glassware. Coasters. Magnets. Cutting boards. Most shops don't own the equipment for hard surfaces — their own trade press tells them to order these from a middleman and mark them up.
